Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for CRSwNP; 2.Age >=18 years old; 3.Highly adherent and available for study telephone follow-ups; 4.First-time diagnosis with complete dataset/documentation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With a history of prior nasal surgery; 2.Presence of severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment that would compromise study compliance; 3.Presence of concomitant nasal pathologies that may confound study outcomes; 4.Exclusion criteria: Concomitant severe organic disorders of major organ systems including cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases.
