Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age over 18 years old; Suspected, clinical or confirmed diagnostic criteria for brucellosis; Negative control: age over 18 years old; No epidemiological history of brucellosis, no symptoms of brucellosis, and no Brucella positive blood culture;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active malignant tumors, organ transplantation after the period, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation after the period, severe immune system diseases; those who are treated with immunosuppressive drugs, biological agents or targeted drugs; those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
