Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years, no gender restriction; 2.Diagnosis confirmed by enhanced MR venography (CE-MRV), enhanced CT venography (CE-CTV), or digital subtraction angiography (DSA) as either cerebral venous outflow disturbance (CVOD, defined as localized stenosis of intracranial venous sinuses or internal jugular veins) or non-CVOD (physiological hypoplasia of intracranial venous sinuses or internal jugular veins); 3.Complete clinical data available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent intracranial venous sinus or internal jugular vein thrombosis; 2.No imaging examination of intracranial/extracranial arterial system; 3.Presence of moderate-to-severe intracranial or extracranial arterial stenosis (>=50% lumen narrowing); 4.Absence of 3.0T brain MRI examination, including T1-weighted imaging (T1WI), T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI); 5.History of cerebral infarction, intracranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, or neurosurgical procedures; 6.Presence of intracranial vascular malformations, intracranial infections, space-occupying lesions, severe cerebral atrophy, or hydrocephalus; 7.Prior treatment with intracranial venous sinus/internal jugular vein balloon angioplasty or stenting; 8.Severe cardiac dysfunction or malignant tumor;
