Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Pathologically diagnosed with tongue squamous cell carcinoma; 3. Scheduled to undergo tongue mass resection + free flap repair surgery, with the tongue resection area approximately 1/2 - 3/4; 4. No cognitive impairment, with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 27 points; 5. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score > 60 points, able to maintain a sitting position for more than 25 minutes; 6. Able to proficiently use a smartphone; 7. Provide informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Resection of the root of the tongue; 2. History of relevant diseases affecting swallowing, such as head and neck cancer, stroke, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 3. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, and blood system diseases; 4. History of mental illness or epilepsy; 5. Presence of motion sickness or vestibular dysfunction, severe visual impairment; 6. Other treatments, such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, will be carried out during the intervention.
