Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible gastric cancer patients must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of gastric cancer (2) No prior anticancer treatment before surgery (including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy) (3) Complete clinical and pathological data available (4) No history of gastric cancer or prior related treatment Eligible gastritis patients must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Diagnosis of chronic gastritis confirmed by endoscopy (e.g., chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis) (2) No prior history of malignancy (3) Complete clinical data available Eligible healthy controls must meet all of the following criteria: (1) No evidence of disease confirmed by physical examination (2) No prior history of malignancy (3) Complete clinical data available
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative chemotherapy or immunotherapy or targeted therapy. (2) Lack of clinical information. (3) Suffering from other malignant tumors in the past.
