Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery (gallbladder, appendix, hernia repair) in our hospital, the operation time is no more than 4 hours; 2. Age >= 65 years old, no gender restrictions; 3. ASA classified as Class I-III; 4. Signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative Mini-Mental State Scale (MMSE) score = 4)); 4. Severe visual or hearing impairment; 5. Difficult follow-up or poor compliance.
