18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Acute pancreatitis complicated with hyperglycemia or glycerol triester in the blood > 11.3 mmol/L; 3.Persistent pain in the upper abdomen; 4.The concentration of serum amylase and/or lipase is more than three times the upper limit of normal. 5.Abdominal imaging findings are consistent with imaging features of acute pancreatitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other causes of pancreatitis; 2.Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver and kidneys; 3.Within the past 4 weeks, if you have taken antibiotics or probiotics recently; 4.malignant tumor; 5.psychiatric history; 6.People who abuse drugs; 7.History of gastrointestinal surgery; 8.pregnant woman; 9.Refuse to participate in this study
