Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years old, gender not limited. 2.Patients whose blood cultures revealed Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, or Staphylococcus aureus; 3.From July 2016 to May 2024, the patient was treated at Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University. Later, they no longer visited the hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete data in the hospitalization system and the clinical big data platform; 2.The same blood sample was used to culture patients with more than two types of pathogens;
