Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with OVCF are scheduled to undergo PKP surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Condition Grade I-III; 3. Age: 50-90 years old, no gender restrictions; 4. Written informed consent was obtained;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses; 2. Body mass index (BMI>30 kg/m ² or 180 mmHg); 4. Puncture site infection, coagulopathy (INR>1.5, PLT<80×10?/L); 5. Allergy to related narcotic drugs; 6. Have mental or neurological disorders or language disorders that are unable to communicate and cooperate with treatment; 7. Neurologic damage or disease has been identified at the treatment site; 8. Sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block above degree ?; 9. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 10. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs;
