Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1? Age 18 or older; 2? Both sexes; 3? Liver and kidney function test results are within normal range, or slightly abnormal but do not affect metabolomics analysis results; 4? Be able to understand the purpose and process of the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1? The presence of serious concomitant diseases, such as heart failure, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, uncontrolled diabetes, etc., may affect metabolomics results. However, age-related mild chronic diseases, such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia, are allowed, but these diseases should be stably controlled; 2)?emale subjects are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3)?History of major infections within 3 months prior to enrollment, such as active tuberculosis, hepatitis B or hepatitis C, etc. 4? Subjects with concomitant autoimmune diseases or who are receiving immunosuppressant therapy; 5?Any acute illness or infection within two weeks prior to enrollment; 6?Major surgery or trauma within the last 3 months; 7?Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 8?Severe mental or cognitive impairment to understand or perform the requirements of the study;
