Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid cancer is clearly diagnosed by puncture pathology; 2. 2020 Chinese guidelines for the stratification of malignant risk of thyroid nodule ultrasound: C-TIRADS assignment score is >=4C, and those with surgical indications; 3. The nodule is adjacent to the dorsal capsule of the thyroid gland, and the operation requires the use of a nerve monitor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous neck surgery; 2. Patients with incomplete preoperative ultrasound data.
