Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The case group of this study includes new-onset lung cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2023 to September 2024, and community lung cancer patients recruited by local primary medical institutions through the Chongqing Tumor Registry System in multiple communities randomly selected in Nan'an District and Tongnan District of Chongqing in August 2023, a total of 327 people, with the following inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with lung cancer by histopathological examination. 2. Age> 18 years old. 3. The course of the disease < 2 years. 4. Local household registration in Chongqing or residence in Chongqing for more than 20 years. The control group was randomly selected from multiple communities in Nan'an District and Tongnan District of Chongqing in August 2023 and July 2024, and a total of 654 community health populations were recruited by local primary medical institutions, and the inclusion criteria were as follows: 1. Healthy individuals of the same age (+-5 years old) and gender as lung cancer cases. 2. Local household registration in Chongqing or living in Chongqing for more than 20 years. Total sample size: 981.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group exclusion criteria include: 1. Co-existing with other malignant tumors. 2. Pregnant or lactating. Control exclusion criteria include: 1. Suffering from other malignant tumors. 2. Pregnant or lactating.
