Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health - Heel Pain/Plantar Fasciitis: 2014 Revision clinical practice guideline; (2) The patient's gender is not restricted, and the age of the patient is 20-70 years old with unilateral onset of the disease; (3) The patients were in good mental condition, had good compliance, and were able to receive 4 weeks of treatment; (4) The patients were aware of the contents of the clinical study and agreed to sign the clinical informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Received relevant treatment within 2 weeks prior to treatment; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Those with skin wounds on the affected limbs, vascular and nerve injuries, internal fixation of the foot and ankle, and allergy to drugs and couplers; (4) Those with diabetic foot, severe coagulation disorders, severe osteoporosis or other serious medical diseases; (5) Excluding other diseases causing heel pain such as Achilles tendinopathy, gouty arthritis, Haglund's syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, and stress fractures; (6) Participation in other clinical studies; (7) Factors affecting the outcome of the clinical study.
