Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective gastrointestinal surgery in general anesthesia 2. Expected surgical duration more than 2 hours 3. Age > 18 years, < 80 years 4. ASA I–III class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mental or neurological disorders (including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease, cerebral hemorrhage, or cerebral infarction). 2.Patients with hearing, visual, or speech impairments that prevent communication.
