Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult ICU patients with acute hypoxic respiratory failure requiring invasive mechanical ventilation will be included in the screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 0.5 µg/kg/min within the last 6 hours); (12) Patients who do not agree to be enrolled or have already been enrolled in other clinical studies.
