Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.completion of a head MRI examination consistent with the diagnosis of "cerebral white matter hyperplasia" according to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Cerebral Small Vessel Disease;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.presence of glaucoma, retinal perforation or detachment, or optic edema; 2.inability to cooperate in completing cognitive and emotional scale assessments; 3.severe liver and kidney diseases, tumor diseases, infectious diseases, or autoimmune disorders; 4.neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or peripheral neuropathy;
