Patients undergoing general anesthesia with sufentanil-induced tracheal intubation

Interventions

Group O0:5 ml of 0.9% normal saline
Group O1:0.4mg of oxybutynin is prepared into 5ml.
Group O2:0.5mg of oxybutynin is prepared into 5ml.
Group O3:0.6mg of oxybutynin is prepared into 5ml.
Group O4:0.7mg of oxybutynin is prepared into 5ml.
Group O5:0.8mg of oxybutynin is prepared into 5ml.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years old with ASA grade 1-3 who need general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergies, sinus bradycardia, severe neurological, respiratory or cardiovascular diseases, dependence on anesthetic drugs and a recent history of opioid use, smoking history, liver or kidney dysfunction, pregnancy, lactation and delivery surgeries, or upper respiratory tract infections within 2 weeks after surgery may experience spontaneous choking cough.

The incidence of choking cough after fentanyl injection after pretreatment with different doses of oxilizine;

The number of people experiencing varying degrees of choking cough after being pre-treated with different doses of oxythiopaine;Systolic blood pressure;Diastolic blood pressure;Heart rate;Minimum pulse oxygen saturation;Other side effects related to oxilezine and sufentanil (rigidity of the trunk and low oxygen saturation (SpO? < 90%), nausea and vomiting);
