Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years old with ASA grade 1-3 who need general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergies, sinus bradycardia, severe neurological, respiratory or cardiovascular diseases, dependence on anesthetic drugs and a recent history of opioid use, smoking history, liver or kidney dysfunction, pregnancy, lactation and delivery surgeries, or upper respiratory tract infections within 2 weeks after surgery may experience spontaneous choking cough.
