Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged >= 18 years who are able to provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study; (2) Patients diagnosed with one of the following five types of cardiovascular diseases: coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy), valvular heart disease, ion channel disease, or atrial fibrillation; (3) Patients at high risk of sudden cardiac death (SCD) must meet the Class I and IIa recommended indications for ICD implantation as outlined in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillators (2021)."

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are unable to sign an informed consent form; (2) Patients with poor compliance who are not expected to complete long-term follow-up; (3) Patients with other serious diseases or an expected lifespan of less than 3 years; (4) Patients who may affect the accuracy of research data.
