Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of IIA, both ruptured and unruptured, by computed tomography angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), or digital subtraction angiography (DSA). IIA is defined as: an intracranial aneurysm with ascomycetes or lobulations, which are defined by the Japanese Unruptured Brain Aneurysm Study (UCAS) as "irregular protrusions of the aneurysm wall on 2D or 3D images of MRA, CTA, or DSA" [13], and lobulation as "protrusions directly from the primary neck or body of the aneurysm that represent 25% or more of the apparent volume of the main capsule" according to the International Study of Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms [14], The diagnosis was made by 3 experienced neurointerventional doctors. 2.Treatment of IIA by Neuroform Atlas SAC or Coiling Alone only.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Dissection, traumatic, infectious, pseudoaneurysm. 2.Other types of stent-assisted embolization, flow diversion device placement, and other material embolization. 3.Complete clinical or imaging data are missing.
