Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older. 2.Diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B (HBsAg-positive for =6 months). 3.No other severe liver diseases (e.g., HBV coinfection with other hepatopathies, liver cancer, etc.). 4.Patients who either received or did not receive antiviral therapy. 5.Availability of complete clinical data and follow-up records during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other viral hepatitis infections (e.g., hepatitis C, hepatitis A, etc.). 2.Comorbid severe non-liver diseases (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, severe heart disease, etc.). 3.Pregnant or lactating women. 4.Individuals with a history of extrahepatic cancer or liver transplantation. 5.Patients unable to provide complete medical records.
