Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age at which one begins to wear myopia control spectacles is 6-10 years old, and one has been or can wear myopia control spectacles regularly for one year; 2.Baseline noncycloplegic subjective manifest refraction: -6.00 D <= binocular equivalent spherical lens degree <=+1.50D, astigmatism <= 1.50D, anisometropia <= 1.50D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with other ocular diseases, such as uveitis and various inflammatory conditions, glaucoma, cataracts, ocular fundus diseases, ocular tumors, and any ocular lesions affecting visual function; patients with systemic diseases causing immune deficiency (such as diabetes, Down syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, psychiatric patients, or other diseases deemed unsuitable for wearing frame glasses by researchers); amblyopia, intermittent strabismus, and manifest strabismus; individuals who have used atropine, guanlansil, and other myopia control medications during the first year of wearing myopia control spectacles; individuals who have used rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lenses (including care products), multifocal contact lenses, progressive multifocal lenses, and other specially designed myopia control lenses, phototherapy devices, low-concentration atropine-based medications, etc., within 3 months before wearing myopia control spectacles; individuals who have undergone accommodation training or traditional Chinese medicine ear acupoint bean pressing therapy, etc.
