18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 18–75 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke established at the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference, with first-ever stroke confirmed by CT or MRI, and a disease duration of 3–6 months. 2 Stable medical condition, clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the experiment. 3 Informed consent signed by the patient or legal guardian. 4 Lower-limb muscle tone rated as Grade 1, 1+, or 2 on the Modified Ashworth Scale. 5 Lower-limb Brunnstrom stage III or IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe cognitive impairment precluding cooperation with training. 2 Ataxia or other cerebellar stroke-related signs. 3 History of abdominal or lumbar spine surgery.
