Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescent orthodontic patients, aged 10 - 20 years old, regardless of gender, with complete replacement of the full dentition, in the permanent dentition stage, and who voluntarily accept orthodontic treatmentAdolescent orthodontic patients, aged 10 - 20 years old, regardless of gender, with complete replacement of the full dentition, in the permanent dentition stage, and who voluntarily accept orthodontic treatment; 2.The treatment plan is full - mouth fixed orthodontic treatment; 3.Patients with a full dentition enamel decalcification index (EDI) = 0, without enamel demineralization, and the treatment plan is full-mouth fixed orthodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active gingivitis, periodontitis, full - mouth plaque index PI>=1, gingival index GI>=1, periodontal probing depth >= 4 mm; 2.There are active dental caries and filled dental caries; 3.Enamel hypoplasia, tetracycline teeth, dental fluorosis and other dental developmental diseases; 4.Suffering from systemic diseases, infectious diseases, taking medications for a long time, or having used antibiotics and other drugs that may affect the oral microbiota within the past three months; 5.Having oral bad habits such as nocturnal teeth grinding, finger sucking, and mouth breathing; 6.Patients who are undergoing the second phase of fixed orthodontic treatment and have previously received orthodontic treatment; 7.People with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities;
