18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemodialysis patients aged >=18 years old and <85 years old; 2. Patients with a clear diagnosis of end-stage renal disease and mature arteriovenous fistula or mimic intravenous fistula; 3. Diagnosis of central venous lesion and clear intent to undergo endural treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Endocavitary treatment is central venous catheter; 2. Patients with incomplete baseline data; 3. Those with malignant or wasting diseases and a life expectancy of less than 6 months; 4. Those with obvious mental illness or mental disorders; 5. Those with uncured malignant tumors or requiring chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 6. Active systemic infection (tuberculosis, sepsis, or systemic fungal infection); 7. Expected to be unable to complete at least 12 months of follow-up, such as planned kidney transplantation, etc.;
