Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with a definite diagnosis of sepsis (diagnostic criteria: Sepsis 3.0) with or without acute kidney injury at the study center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ICU Length of hospital stay 123.8 µmol/L, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 mL·min-1·1.73 m-2]; 3. Acute kidney injury at the time of admission to the ICU; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients who have not signed the informed consent form or have incomplete clinical data.
