18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years old, with a BMI of 18 - 30kg/m^2, planning for robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy; 2. Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally and be able to communicate normally to understand NRS scores; 3. Be able to understand and know the use of PCA analgesia, and know and master the pain score of 3 points or above is subject to self-control; 4. No analgesic drugs were used before surgery; 5. No history of drug abuse; 6. ASA I-II, willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic pain and long-term use of opioid painkillers; 2. Patients with a history of neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, liver diseases
