Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients aged 20-85 years; 2. Patients who undergo elective radical breast cancer surgery; 3. Patients with preoperative anxiety with a score of 7 on the Hamilton Anxiety Scale= 4. Have primary school education or above, normal communication, listening and comprehension skills; 5. Subjects voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 6. American Medical Association ASA grade I-III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological or psychiatric diseases; 2. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; 3. Contraindications to taVNS use: recent ear trauma, ear skin damage, redness, swelling, infection, implantable electrophysiological devices, heart stents, artificial joints, etc. 4. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs (such as cortisol, antidepressants or anxiolytics);
