Interventions

Test group:Before inserting the catheter, apply tetracaine gel evenly on the catheter and then insert it.
Control group:Before inserting the urinary catheter, apply lubricating oil evenly to the catheter and then insert it.

18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male, age > 18 years old; (2) ASA grades I-III; (3) Transurethral resection of bladder tumor or transurethral resection of the prostate will be performed at an appropriate time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There is a history of unstable hypertension and heart disease; (2) Severe abnormalities of liver and kidney functions; (3) Having mental disorders or being unable to cooperate and have difficulties in communication; (4) Those with a history of local anesthetic allergy; (5) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
