Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age is greater than or equal to 18 years and less than or equal to 20 years (according to literature reports, the incidence of binge eating risk is highest in early adulthood); (2) Willingness to participate in mindfulness intervention (assessed using the Mindfulness Intention Scale); (3) Existence of binge eating disorder risk (individuals with a total score of 16 or higher on the Binge Eating Questionnaire screen are defined as having binge eating disorder risk).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of major physical illnesses such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension; (2) Exist mental disorders diagnosed clinically, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and functional eating disorders (including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, etc.); (3) Currently or previously taking medications that affect eating/emotional state; (4) Currently participating in other mindfulness, psychological, or obesity intervention programs; (5) Intending to transfer schools or having long-term absence; (6) Existence of special educational needs; (7) Cognitive Impairment Impact Questionnaire affects completion. Research subjects undergoing magnetic resonance imaging must further meet the following exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications for MRI examination; (2) Presence of a pacemaker; (3) History of previous brain trauma and cranial surgery.
