Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female subjects aged >= 18 years. 2.Subjects meeting the definition of moderate-to-severe psoriasis, specifically: • Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score >= 3; • Body Surface Area (BSA) involvement >= 3%. 3.Subjects diagnosed with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis who have had an inadequate response to topical therapies, phototherapy, and/or prior systemic treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of serious infections. 2.Known hypersensitivity to biologic agents or a history of multiple drug allergies. 3.Evidence of active or latent tuberculosis infection indicated by positive T-spot test or chest X-ray, without adequate treatment. 4.Presence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection or hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) positivity with significant liver function impairment. 5.History of malignancy. 6.History of substance abuse or psychiatric disorders. 7.Subjects with severe heart failure. 8.Subjects with immunodeficiency. 9.Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive in the near future.
