Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 18 to 65 years; ASA grade 1-3; Patients undergoing elective surgery included general surgery, urology, orthopedics, gynecology, and thoracic surgery. Patients were treated with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia intelligent doctor's advice pump (model REHN-11) after operation. Patients understood the content of the scale and were willing to participate in the validation of the scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cerebrovascular, epilepsy and other central nervous system diseases; Patients with communication difficulties; Patients scheduled to be transferred to the ICU after surgery.
