Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Nurses: All nurses working in the pilot wards. (2) Patients: 1 Diagnosed with stroke by imaging examination. 2 Aged >=45 years. 3 Screened as Grade II–IV using the Modified Water Swallow Test. 4 Impaired swallowing effectiveness without safety impairment on the Modified Volume-Viscosity Swallow Test. 5 Clear consciousness and clinically stable condition. 6 Provided informed consent and willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses: • 1 Nurses temporarily transferred to other wards or away for external training during the study period. • 2 Clinical trainees, rotating nurses, and student nurses. (2) Patients: • 1 Patients with severe cognitive or communication impairments. • 2 Patients with organic diseases of the oral cavity, nose, or pharynx, or those with other comorbid conditions affecting swallowing function. • 3 Patients with poor compliance or who voluntarily withdraw midway through the study. • 4 Patients with critical conditions who withdraw from active treatment.
