Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: 18-65 2 High-risk groups for diabetes meet one of the following conditions: BMI >= 25kg/m ; Fasting blood glucose >= 5.7mmol/L; 1 hour PG >= 7.0mmol/L; Abnormal blood lipid Those with hypertension (140/90 MMHG), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases The immediate family members have a history of type 2 diabetes; The immediate family members have a history of type 2 diabetes; Have a history of gestational diabetes or suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome. 3. Be willing to sign informed consent and follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; 2. Those receiving antidepressant treatment; 3. People with various serious diseases: such as pancreatitis, liver cancer, severe digestive system diseases, patients after surgery, etc., patients with various cancers, etc. (diseases that may affect blood sugar levels)
