Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 0-90 years; (2) Imaging-confirmed diagnosis of congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT), including: • Renal developmental anomalies: agenesis, hypoplasia, dysplasia, ectopic kidney, etc.; • Obstructive uropathies: ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO), vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), posterior urethral valves (PUV), etc.; • Collecting-system anomalies: duplicated renal pelvis and ureter, megaureter, ureterocele, etc.; (3) Written informed consent obtained from the patient or legal guardian agreeing to participate in clinical follow-up and biospecimen collection; (4) Ability to provide complete clinical history, demographic data, imaging datasets, and to undergo regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-congenital conditions: acquired renal or urinary tract disorders (e.g., calculi, neoplasms, post-traumatic deformities) or urinary abnormalities secondary to infection, drugs, or metabolic disease; (2) Inability to comply with follow-up or refusal to provide required clinical information.
