Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. No previous history of lung surgery; 3. ASA I-III level; 4. Have the ability to give informed consent; 5. Willing to undergo evaluation and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress syndrome, or respiratory failure within 3 months before surgery; 2. Uncontrolled asthma before surgery; 3. Preoperative diagnosis of pneumonia, pleural effusion, atelectasis and other lung diseases; 4. Preoperative infection.
