Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-79 years old; 2. Elderly people aged 65 and above, or hypertensive patients, or diabetic patients who are managed by the community health center; 3. Participate in health check-up services for the elderly or chronic diseases in community health centers for at least 2 consecutive years, and work as health managers in selected community health centers for at least 3 years in the next 3 years (long-term residence in Shenzhen or surrounding areas of Shenzhen); 4. Volunteer to participate in this study, sign a written informed consent form, and be willing to cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous serious eye diseases, such as ocular malignant tumors, severe congenital eye malformations, etc.; 2. Those whose vision is severely damaged and cannot be restored due to previous eye trauma; 3. Those with complete vision loss; 4. Those who have had eye surgery within 6 months before the screening examination; 5. Those who suffer from severe dementia and other cognitive impairment diseases, mental disorders or other reasons that make it impossible to understand and cooperate with the completion of examination or follow-up; 6. Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as advanced cancer, end-stage renal disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular serious diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, etc., or patients who are receiving special treatment (such as high-dose chemotherapy, long-term use of immunosuppressants, etc.) that may affect fundus observation or research results; 7. Pregnant or lactating women, or those of childbearing potential who are unwilling/unable to take effective contraceptive measures; 8. Have participated in any clinical investigator within 6 months before the screening examination; 9. The investigator judged that it is not suitable to participate in this study.
