18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 and =0.5 g/dL(5 g/L), urine M protein >=200 mg/dL for 24 hours or an affected FLC level >=10 mg/dL in serum FLC assays accompanied by abnormal serum FLC ratio; 4.Echocardiography showed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >=50%; 5.Adequate liver function is defined as: total bilirubin ULN is excluded if Gilbert syndrome is present); AST <=2.5 x ULN; ALT <=2.5 x ULN.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Plasma cell leukemia is defined as having more than 20% circulating plasma cells in the peripheral blood and an absolute plasma cell count of >2×10^9/L; 2.Amyloidosis, Fahrenheit macroglobulinemia, or POEMS syndrome; 3.Active CNS involvement or clinical signs of myelomatous meningeal involvement; 4.A history of other malignancies that may affect adherence to the study protocol or interpretation of the study findings; 5.Previous MM-related treatment;
