Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years, with a confirmed diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma (OAG) by gonioscopy and visual field testing; 2.Absence of significant cognitive impairment, capable of independently understanding and completing questionnaires; 3.Voluntarily provided informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coexisting blinding eye diseases (e.g., advanced diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration); 2.History of severe psychiatric disorders requiring medication (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder); 3.Underwent ophthalmic surgery or treatment for major systemic illnesses within the past 3 months.
