18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age 18-85 years old; 2. Postoperative paraffin pathological diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer; 3. Imaging examination without cervical lymph node metastasis; 4. The surgical method is unilateral total thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection in the central region; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot understand the research process, or are unable/unwilling to answer questionnaires, provide medical records, examination reports, and other relevant materials; 2. Those who have a history of other malignant tumors or have received treatment for other malignant tumors within the past 2 years; 3. Those who have received thyroid cancer related treatment before surgery. 4. Patients with other serious diseases, such as severe liver and kidney function damage.
