Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years old and pathologically diagnosed with diffuse large B - cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2.Have received standard first-line treatment regimens such as R-CHOP; 3.Have complete clinical data (including baseline characteristics, treatment regimens, recurrence and refractoriness information) and PET/CT imaging materials (including at least baseline, mid-term efficacy assessment and follow-up images).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other types of malignant tumors; 2.The quality of PET/CT images is poor (such as severe motion artifacts and unclear lesion display); 3.Key indicators (such as pathological subtype, treatment response assessment results) are missing in the clinical data.
