Group Receiving Normoxia Intervention Followed by Hypoxia Intervention:The intervention consisted of normoxia first, followed by hypoxia. The washout period is two days.

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI >= 25 kg/m^2 2. No other metabolic diseases(e.g., diabetes, hypertension, etc.) 3. Age 18–50 years 4. No recent history of surgery, trauma, or major illness 5. No long-term use of medications that affect energy metabolism, such as hormonal agents, weight-loss drugs, or hypoglycemic medications 6. No travel to higher altitudes (>500 m) within the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical limitations(e.g., musculoskeletal injuries, osteoarticular diseases, or pain) 2. Known cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, or other serious diseases 3. Exercise-related dyspnea 4. Family history of sudden unexpected death 5. Known coronary artery disease 6. Untreated endocrine disorders 7. Blood pressure >= 160/100 mmHg 8. Use within the past year of medications that affect metabolism or cardiovascular function 9. Current smoking or weekly alcohol intake >140 g (men) or >70 g (women) 10. Inability to adhere to the intervention protocol during the study period.
