Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At the patient's first visit, the otoendoscopy indicated normal tympanic membrane, tympanic membrane retraction or fluid accumulation in the tympanic cavity; 2. Pure tone audiometry indicates conductive deafness or normal hearing,and tympanometry show B or C curve; 3. Age >= 18;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was accompanied by symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract infection such as purulent nasal discharge, cough and expectoration; 2. Drug allergy or inability to use; 3. The presence of structural obstructive diseases such as nasal polyps and nasal masses affects treatment; 4. Congenital cleft palate, or congenital atresia or stenosis of the pharyngeal orifice of the eustachian tube, or other systemic diseases;
