Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. The age of the mother is 18-35 years old; 3. Weight >=45kg; 4. Blood pressure: 12.0Kpa (90mmHg)=30mmHg/4.0Kpa; 5. Pulse: 60 beats-100 beats/minute, high endurance athletes>=50 beats/min; 6. General health status: (1) There is no yellowing of the skin and sclera. No wound surface infection on the skin, no large-scale skin disease; (2) No severe or above disability of limbs, no serious dysfunction and no redness and swelling of joints; (3) There was no skin injury at the venipuncture site of both arms, and there were no traces of intravenous drug injection; 7. Gestational age: 34~42 weeks; 8. Mothers must undergo the following tests: HBsAg, HCV-Ab, Anti-TP, Anti-HIV, CMV-IgM, HBV, HTLV, EBV, etc., and various infectious disease indicators are negative; ALT and other indicators are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Both parents of the newborn have a history of genetic diseases (family blood history within three generations), a history of infectious diseases, a history of drug abuse, a history of metallurgy for both parents of the newborn, a history of blood transfusion and the use of blood products within 12 months; 2. Obvious abnormalities in various examination indicators during pregnancy, including but not limited to maternal hemoglobin =140 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg, blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L at 2 hours after taking sugar in OGTT, etc.; Pregnancy complications, including but not limited to gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension syndrome, gestational intrahepatic cholestasis syndrome, placental abruption, obstetric diffuse intravascular coagulation, etc.; 3. Have received live attenuated vaccine injections within 8 weeks, such as typhoid vaccine, live rubella vaccine, rabies vaccine, and chickenpox vaccine.
