18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 and <= 40 years old; 2.Right-handedness confirmed by the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory; 3.Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education; 4.No history of smoking; 5.Regular sleep-wake pattern (verified via sleep diary); 6.Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form after understanding the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of chronic neurological disorders; 2.Presence of sleep-disrupting or fatigue-inducing conditions (e.g., sleep apnea syndrome); 3.Contraindications to magnetic stimulation, as identified by the Safety Questionnaire for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Adults; 4.Consumption of coffee, tea, alcohol, or other caffeinated/stimulant beverages within the past 24 hours.
