Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-65 years, with normal cognitive function, scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia using a laryngeal mask airway. (2) Patients with normal liver and kidney function, classified as ASA physical status I or II. (3) Patients with a BMI of 18.5–30 kg/m². (4) Patients with a QTc interval <0.43 s. (5) Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and provide written informed consent. (6) Patients with no history of allergy to anesthetic drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with significant organ dysfunction: severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; organic diseases of the heart, brain, or lungs; cardiac function >= NYHA Class III; coagulopathy; sick sinus syndrome; bradycardia (HR <55 bpm); or second-degree or higher atrioventricular block. (2) Patients with psychiatric disorders such as depression or mania. (3) Patients with chronic use of opioid or benzodiazepine medications. (4) Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator for any other reason.
