Interventions

Control withdrawal time group (6 minutes):Control the retraction time of each intestinal segment for 6 minutes
Routine examination of endoscopy group :no-intervention
Control withdrawal time group (8 minutes):Control the retraction time of each intestinal segment for 8 minutes

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Qualified intestinal preparation (BBPS score >=6); 3. Informed consent is signed by the patient before examination;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had previously undergone partial colorectal resection; 2. Patients undergoing chemotherapy and immunosuppression; 3. Inflammatory bowel disease, familial adenomatous polyposis; 4. Renal failure or excessive ascites; 5. Other systemic malignancies are present; 6. Patients who could not tolerate or did not reach the blind by colonoscopy during the trial;
