GroupA:Neural block is selected with ropivacaine.
Group B:Nerve block selected with ropivacaine + dexmedetomidine
Group C:Nerve block selection: ropivacaine + dexmedetomidine + eszopiclone
Group D:Nerve block selected with ropivacaine + esoximide
Group E:Neural block is selected with normal saline.

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery with nerve block; 2. Patients aged 18-85 with complete clinical records; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia risk classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of drug allergy to experimental drugs; 2. Those with contraindications to anesthesia; 3. Patients with diseases in important systems such as heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood; 4. Patients with communication disorders or cognitive impairments.
