Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were admitted to the intensive care unit; 2. Patients who have undergone orthopedic surgery in the elderly; 3. Age >= 60; 4. First hospitalization, first admission to ICU and ICU stay greater than 24h;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A full CAM-ICU assessment was not performed; 2. Diagnosed with dementia; 3. Patients with incomplete data;
