Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing LVAD implantation for the first time; 2. Age>= 18 years; 3. Patients transferred out of the intensive care unit to the general ward in the recovery period after surgery; 4. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients readmitted to the hospital after LVAD implantation; 2. Patients with memory or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients whose caregivers are hired.
