Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 8–18 diagnosed with pectus excavatum and scheduled for NUSS surgery; Meet the surgical indications for NUSS; Capable of participating in CBT interventions and psychological evaluations; Informed consent signed by the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe psychiatric disorders or mental illness; Patients unable to complete psychological intervention or assessment; Patients with serious comorbidities (e.g., heart disease, malignancies) affecting surgery; Patients with language or cognitive impairments that interfere with communication; Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
